Still busy at the shop, sadly, so here's another very brief summary of what happened. Eleven of us in the pub, I think ...
Players:
David
H, David F-F, Gordon, Haydn, Martin, Nick, Rich, Simone, Sue, Tim, Tracey
Games Played:
Simone:
52
Rich: 51 ($2)
Nick: 51 ($1)
Sue: 47
David H: 34
Close game, with only 5 dollars between the top four players.
We split into three groups, after much standing around ....
Nick:
43
Gordon:
41
Martin: 35
Sue:
29
Excellent game, although it ran a little longer than advertised! Very clever system, and I just managed to overtake my partner (Gordon) by figuring out what colour he was and playing cards from his mortal enemy!
David
H: $51
Tim:
$49
Haydn: $45
Tracey: $28
Apparently, the "Chicago" phase was omitted when the first company made it there, which would have given Tim a few extra dollars and the victory!
Simone:
$1,670
David F-F: $1,370
Rich: $1,270
Don't know much about this one .... It got a bit of a mixed reaction.
Haydn:
19
Tracey: 13
David H: 9
Tim: 3
Older Cheapass game. Other than that, I know nothing!
Haydn:
11
Tracey: 7
David H: 6
Tim:
3
This looked like it hurt some brains! And it's a kids' game ......
Simone:
1st
Rich: 2nd
David F-F: Last.
David
F-F: 75
Rich: 48
Haydn: 47
David H: 40
Tracey: 38
Simone: 36
Martin:
10
David F-F: 5
Haydn: 3
Nick: 3
Rich: 3
Tracey: 3
Sue: 0
Martin was a successful traitor twice, followed by being the connecting good guy, giving him three gold cards in the final rounds for a good score of 10.
And that was it for another week. Hopefully I'll be caught up next week and make more of an effort at the report!
