This is a very clever bidding game which has each player trying to place their buildings in the best districts of the Metropolys. Each player has a couple of secret goals that they are working toward, as well as the open bonuses that are available to everyone, and the rules are simple: Place a building in a district, and see if anyone outbids you by placing one of their larger buildings in a neighbouring district. As soon as everyone passes, the last building placed is "built" onto the board.

It sounds simple, but plays extremely well. But play the "expert" version ... It's the only "proper" way to play!
