This is the follow up to Mac Gerdts’ excellent Antike. Using the same "rondel" system, but this time set in the 19th Century, the players are investing in the varied powers of Europe. Whoever has loaned the country the most money, gets to control the government of that country and move its pieces! Of course, control of the governments can change hands during the game, making for a really fun 2 hours or so of gaming.
This game comes with dual-language components (English on one side, German on the other). The box has German text on it, but Eggertspiele’s English rules are included inside.
