Tinners' Trail
Designer: Martin Wallace
Publisher: JKLM Games
Players: 3 to 4
Ages: 13+
Time: 75 minutes
This is the long-awaited reprint of what was the first game in Warfrog's "Treefrog" line of games; this line of games are distinct in that all playing pieces - apart from the board - will be wooden, many of them custom pieces.
Tinners' Trail is all about making money (to buy victory points) by mining tin and copper in Cornwall.
Players set up mines in different areas, possibly buying improvements to make them more efficient, and then mine them for tin and copper which they can then sell at fluctuating prices.
One thing you need to watch out for is the water level .... All mines will fill up with water as you mine them, making them more costly to run!
As we mentioned above, this is the 2009 printing of this game from JKLM Games, not the limited Warfrog edition.
Additionally, these games are not in shrink-wrap.
This item is currently out of stock.
