This is the second game in Warfrog's "Treefrog" line of games; this line of games will all have the following in common:
- They will be produced in a limited print run of 1500, each one numbered and signed, and
- All playing pieces - apart from the board and money - will be wooden, many of them custom pieces.

After the Flood is a three-player only game, which has each player in the role of a Sumerian, trading their grain and textiles for wood and metal, then using their tool makers to turn that wood and metal into tools which can be sold for gold and precious stones. Or alternatively, players can take a much more aggressive path and move their armies across the lands leaving a trail of destruction.
Getting the right balance between these two paths will make you the winner of this clever game.

Be warned ... This is a much more complicated game than either Tinner's Trail or Steel Driver, the other two games in this series.
