This is a game based in England (or Albion, as it was known then) from the creator of Carcassonne.

Players are envoys of the Roman Emperor and, as such, are trying to establish the best settlements in Albion and win the favour of the Emperor.

In a race to complete three settlements, players establish their settlements and can then add ramparts and fortresses for extra defences.

By developing their settlements, players can attract more settlers, acquire more resources, get legionnaires and improve their movement capabilities on the island.

But watch out for the native Picts ....
