This 2009 release is a remake and reimplementation of the excellent building game Capitol.
Now set in the future, players build their building up in front of them, before transferring them onto the board.
As the idea is to have the largest buildings in each of the areas (bearing in mind the few building restrictions), it becomes a bit of a game of "chicken", as you can see a little of what the other players are planning, but don't exactly know how long you can hold out ....
For those familiar with Capitol, there is one little rule change: There are now "Billboards" that you can spend points to use, which reserve particular building sites for later use.
A very good game, and one that was long overdue a reprint.
