This is the sequel to Abalone, which was released in the late 1980s and has proved immensely popular ever since.

The basic rules for playing remain the same, however your starting position has now been split into two groups, and there are different "scoring zones" off the board, so your balls can score different points, depending on where they're bumped off.

The game is also a little more colourful; replacing the black & white of the original with yellow and red pieces.

An interesting modernisation for fans of the original.
